The HSN does not endorse the contacts, only presents them as available certified teachers to offer portfolio reviews. It's up to you to interview all candidates to review your child's progress. Besides finding out price and location, you'll probably want to discuss your philosophy/style (e.g. you are an "unschooler") to make sure the assessor is familiar and comfortable with that approach.
